Every state agency with fifteen or more employees shall establish and administer a Joint Loss Management Committee (JLMC) composed of equal numbers of employer and employee representatives. When run effectively, the JLMC can be a powerful tool to accomplish workplace safety objectives (RSA 281-A:64). The Joint Loss Management Committee meets every quarter to conduct walk-through safety inspections of the Town Facilities to address any safety hazards or concerns.
