Troy Board of Selectmen
The Board of Selectmen is the town's governing body.  They have supervisory authority over the Public Works/Highway Department, the Police Department, and the Recreation Department.  They have budget authority over all town departments and activities.

The Troy Board of Selectmen regularly scheduled meetings are the first and third Thursday of each month the the Troy Town Hall, 16 Central Square. Sometimes the need for change in schedule and/or location is necessary.
Requests to be heard or items requiring Board approval need to be submitted by 3:00PM on the Tuesday, prior to the meeting.
 
 
The board consists of three selectmen, each elected to a staggered three-year term. 
The current board is as follows:
 TJ Chasse, Chair (2025)
Richard H. Thackston, III (2027)
Curtis Hopkins (2026)
 
  
The Selectmen's Office is open for business during the following hours:
 
Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM and 3:00PM to 5:00PM
The office is closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
